About Us

We are Jennifer Mathiak and Ana Grant, we live in Fruitport and have for many years. Cleaning is something we love, and are good at it. We know first-hand the challenges families face trying to juggle it all, there is no judgment on our part. We are both caring people and felt that by creating our own cleaning company we could make an impact on people’s lives. Everyone deserves a clean home.

Do I Need to be present when my home is cleaned?

Up to you! You are not required to be home when we are conducting your cleaning.

What happens if I need to reschedule a cleaning?

It’s easy. Just give us a call at (616) 818-8747 or send us an email (info@goodasnewcleaningservice.com) with preferably 24 hour notice. Also please take into consideration that at times due to bad weather, sickness or holidays, we might ask you kindly to work with us on rescheduling your cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

How do I add extra rooms to my clean?

It’s a breeze! Just give us a call at (616) 818-8747 or send us an email (info@goodasnewcleaningservice.com) up to 24 hours before your clean so we can allocate enough time to get those extra requests done right.

What should I do with my pets the day of cleaning?

We love them too! We just ask that you please let us know that you have pets. We can discuss the situation further before your cleaning.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

No worries! We offer a 24 hour service guaranteed. If you are not happy with your cleaning, we will come out the next day and re clean.

Will I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies, but if there is something specific you wish to have used we will gladly use your product.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Absolutely you can! The owners are always there and involved. We only work with trustworthy people.
